Remove one active filter, try a shorter phrase, check spelling, and confirm that Jurisdiction is set to the state or court you meant to search.
Troubleshooting
When something feels off, start with the visible search state: query, filters, jurisdiction, and the result count.
No resultsNo results for “reading reimbursement exact service dog”
Check your spelling or try broader terms
Add an exact phrase, date range, outcome, issue area, school district, hearing officer, or narrower jurisdiction scope.
If results look like the wrong state, court, or tribunal, open Jurisdiction and click Edit.
Use the active filter chips as the source of truth. If the page gets confusing after back navigation or a reload, clear filters and rebuild from the visible sidebar.
Save, sign-in, and copy problems
These failures are usually browser, session, or permission issues. The safest first step is to refresh the page, then try the action again.
If Cite, Share, or quote-copy fails, check browser clipboard permissions and try a direct keyboard copy from the selected text.
If sign-in loops or does not finish, refresh, allow cookies for the site, and try again in the same browser.
If a decision, note, folder, or saved search will not save, confirm you are signed in and refresh the page before trying again.
Flagging corrections
Use Flag when the problem is tied to a specific decision page or search result. Use Contact when the issue is broader than one item or needs more explanation.

Use the decision-page Flag for metadata, outcome, formatting, or missing-content problems.

Search: "transportation reimbursement"
Use it for a wrong date, hearing officer, district, outcome, formatting problem, or missing content on that decision page.
After running a search, use it for missing results, irrelevant results, or ranking problems in the current search.
Use Contact for broader corrections, missing decisions, source disputes, or anything that needs a longer explanation.

Contacting support
A short, specific report is easiest to reproduce. Include the search URL whenever possible, because the URL carries the query and filter state.
