Email notifications

When you create an account, you can choose which states to follow. You can change those choices any time from Account Settings, under Email Notifications. Unsubscribing from one state only stops that state’s alerts; Unsubscribe from all stops decision alerts and the occasional newsletter.

Saved work and privacy

Folders, notes, saved decisions, saved searches, and saved AI answers are private to your account. Export downloads your saved decisions and notes as a spreadsheet. Removing saved work only removes it from your account; it does not delete any public decision from the database.

Good account hygiene
  • Do not put student-identifying information into search or AI prompts.
  • Use private notes for your own research labels and reminders.
  • Export saved decisions before major folder cleanup.
  • Use Contact for account deletion or email-address changes.
