Preliminary Injunction should not issue, based on the facts set forth in the Verifie d Counterclaim

and Declaration of Amelia Carella, Esquire and Exhibits attached thereto; Hh IT IS on this 2.0 day of January, 2010, ORDERED that Plaintiff, Moorestown

Township Board of Education, appear and show cause why an Order should not enter requiring

the Moorestown Township Board of Education (the “District”) to immediately ca mply with the

Office of Administrative Law’s December 11, 2009 Order that Orchard Friends § cheol is M.D.’s
