2. If so, what is the appropriate identification and placement for the Student for the 2020-2021 school year?

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on May 3, 2021. The Hearing Officer was appointed on May 5, 2021. A Prehearing Conference was scheduled for May 12, 2021. An Entry of Appearance was filed on behalf of the Board’s attorney on May 10, 2021. A hearing date was scheduled and the Parties indicated they had a PPT scheduled to discuss the issues for May 18, 2021. Prior to issuing a hearing notice, the Hearing Officer was notified via email on May 20, 2021 that the Parent was withdrawing her request for a Due Process Hearing.

This case is DISMISSED.
