PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Board filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on November 24, 2020. The Hearing Officer was appointed on December 3, 2020. A Prehearing Conference was scheduled for December 17, 2020. The Hearing Officer was notified by both parties during the prehearing conference that they wished to settle their dispute. The Hearing Officer was subsequently notified by counsel for the Board via email on January 4, 2020 that the Board was withdrawing its request for a Due Process Hearing.
This case is DISMISSED.
