PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parents filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on September 24, 2020. The Hearing Officer was appointed on September 28, 2020. A Prehearing Conference was held on October 6, 2020. The issues in the case were set forth, and a hearing date was set for December 1, 2020. The Hearing Officer was notified via email on November 9, 2020 that the parent was withdrawing her request for a due process hearing.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
