SUMMARY AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY:

Case 21-0086 was commenced by the Parent by request received by the Board on September 4, 2020. A prehearing conference was held on September 17, 2020. At the prehearing conference, a hearing date was set for October 27, 2020 and the decision date was determined to be November 18, 2020.

On October 16, 2020, the undersigned hearing officer was advised by the Parent that the parties had reached a settlement in the case and the matter should therefore be dismissed with prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is dismissed with prejudice.
