ISSUES:

1. Did the Board deny the Student FAPE from September 1, 2018 through August 7, 2020?

2. If so, is the Student entitled to compensatory education?

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Student brought his Hearing Request on August 25, 2020. The Hearing Officer was appointed August 28, 2020. A Prehearing Telephone Conference took place on August 31, 2020. A hearing on the matter was subsequently scheduled for November 6, 2020.

On November 3, 2020 the mailing date was extended to December 9, 2020, and the hearing was rescheduled until December 1, 2020.

On November 20, 2020, the Student informed the Hearing Officer that he was withdrawing his request for a Due Process Hearing with prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED.
