6. Is Forman School an appropriate placement, and if so, should the Board finally support Student’s placement at Forman School?
7. Should the Parents be reimbursed for tuition and education related expenses for placement of the Student at Forman School?
PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on May 14, 2020. The Hearing Officer was appointed on May 15, 2020 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on June 8, 2020. The parties reported that they were in the process of settling the dispute as a result of a Resolution meeting. On June 23, 2020, the Parent’s attorney reported to the Hearing Officer that the Parents were withdrawing the Due Process Complaint with prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
