PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Board filed its Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on April 23, 2020. The Hearing Officer was appointed on April 28, 2020. A Prehearing Conference was noticed for and held on May 15, 2020. On August 3, 2020, via email, the Attorney for the Board withdrew its request for a Due Process Hearing based on the Parent's withdrawal of the requests for independent educational evaluations and requested that the matter be dismissed with prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
In light of the above, the matter is DISMISSED.
