PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Board brought its Hearing Request on February 21, 2020. The Hearing Officer was appointed February 24, 2020.

The mailing date was extended to: May 6th; June 1st; and finally to July 1st, 2020.

On June 18, 2020, the Board informed the Hearing Officer that it was withdrawing its request for a Due Process Hearing with prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED.
