SUMMARY AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY:

Case 20-0351 was commenced by the District on February 11, 2020. A prehearing conference was scheduled for February 24, 2020 but was not held. Based on the date of filing, the decision date was determined to be March 27, 2020.

On February 24, 2020, the undersigned hearing officer was advised by the Parents that they were withdrawing their request for an independent educational evaluation. The District then advised the undersigned that it was withdrawing its request for a due process hearing.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is dismissed without prejudice.
