The Due Process Complaint was filed on November 27, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on December 5, 2019. A Prehearing Conference was noticed for and held on January 2, 2020. At the hearing on February 10, 2020, the Parties reported the matter was settled, and the Parents withdrew the matter with prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
In light of the above, the matter is DISMISSED.
