7. Are the Parents entitled to reimbursement for their unilateral placement of the Student at Villa Maria School for ESY 2019?
8. Is the Student entitled to compensatory education as a remedy?
PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parents filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on June 24, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on June 25, 2019. A Prehearing Conference was held on July 9, 2019, and a hearing was scheduled for August 30, 2019. Counsel for the Parents advised the Hearing Officer via email on July 13, 2019 that the case has been resolved and was withdrawn with prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
In light of the above, the matter is DISMISSED.
