2. If not, are the Parent’s entitled to an IEE in the areas of a comprehensive transition assessment evaluation?
PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Board filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on June 17, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on June 18, 2019. Due to vacation and other scheduling conflicts, the parties eventually agreed to participate in a Prehearing Conference on July 11, 2019. The parties discussed the issues during the call and also indicated they were well into the negotiation process and close to an agreement. The Hearing Officer was notified by the Board on July 15, 2019 that it was withdrawing its request for a Due Process Hearing as the parties had settled their issues.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
