PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on February 24, 2019. The Hearing Officer was appointed on March 12, 2019 and scheduled a prehearing conference for March 29, 2019. On March 21, 2019, the Parent reported to the Hearing Officer that the parties had settled their dispute as a result of a Resolution meeting and that the Parent was withdrawing the Due Process Complaint.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED.
