The District filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on April 2, 2018. The Hearing Officer was appointed on April 4, 2018. A Prehearing Conference was scheduled for April 10, 2018, which was only attended by the District’s attorney. The Hearing Officer rescheduled a second Prehearing Conference for April 18, 2018. The Hearing Officer received notice that the Board is withdrawing its hearing request on April 16, 2018.

The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
