PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent, through counsel, filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on October 20, 2017. The Hearing Officer was appointed on October 23, 2017, and conducted a Prehearing Conference on November 3, 2017. The mailing date was set to January 3, 2018. On December 8, the Parent withdrew the complaint, reporting that the matter was settled.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

In light of the above, the matter is DISMISSED.
