The parents filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on September 28, 2017. The Hearing Officer was appointed on October 4, 2017 and a Prehearing Conference was conducted on October 12, 2017. The parents, through council notified the Hearing Officer that the parties have executed a settlement agreement and the parents were withdrawing their request for hearing with prejudice as of October 30, 2017.

The matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
