PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on June 9, 2017. The Hearing Officer was appointed on June 12, 2017 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on June 20, 2017. The hearing was scheduled for August 18, 2017. On the day of the hearing, the Parent’s attorney reported that the parties had settled the dispute and that the Parent was withdrawing the Due Process Complaint without prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
