Did the Board engage in substantive or procedural violations in the Student’s secondary transition program?

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Student filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on June 2, 2017. The Hearing Officer was appointed on June 5, 2017. The Board’s counsel reported that a Resolution Meeting had been scheduled with the Student. Subsequently, the Board provided a copy of the Student’s withdrawal of the Hearing Request. The Hearing Officer conducted a Prehearing Conference on June 22, 2017 in which the Student confirmed that the matter had been fully resolved and that the Hearing Request was withdrawn.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED.
