PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Board brought the Due Process Complaint and Hearing Request on November 1, 2016. The Hearing Officer was appointed on November 2, 2016. The Hearing Officer wrote the parties and scheduled a Prehearing Conference on November 8, 2016. On November 7, 2016, the Board’s attorney informed the Hearing Officer that Board was withdrawing its Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing because the Parents had notified the Board that they were withdrawing their request for an independent educational evaluation.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED.
