PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Board brought the Due Process Complaint and Hearing Request on April 20, 2015. The Hearing Officer was appointed on April 22, 2015. The Hearing Officer conducted a Prehearing Conference on May 8, 2015 and extended the mailing date of the final decision at the request of both parties. On June 7, 2015, the Board’s attorney informed the Hearing Officer that the parties had resolved their dispute and Board was withdrawing its Request for Hearing. : FINAL DECISION AND ORDER: 1
