PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on March 9, 2015. The Hearing Officer was appointed on March 18, 2015 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on March 30, 2015. The hearing was scheduled for May 22, 2015. On May 21, the Parent’s attorney reported to the Hearing Officer that the Parents had settled their dispute with the Board and Parents were withdrawing the Due Process Complaint.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED.
