PROCEDURAL HISTORY AND SUMMARY:

On February 13, 2015, the Stamford Board of Education received Parents’ Request for a Special Education Due Process Hearing and the undersigned Hearing Officer was appointed. The deadline for the mailing of the Final Decision and Order was April 29, 2015. On February 15, :

2015, before the scheduling of a prehearing conference, Attorney for the Parents sent an email to the Hearing Officer in which he indicated that the Parents were withdrawing their hearing request without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

In light of the above facts, the case is dismissed.
