PROCEDURAL HISTORY:
The Student requested a special education due process hearing on February 6, 2015. The Impartial Hearing Officer was assigned to the case on February 6, 2015. A telephonic pre-hearing conference was held on February 24, 2015. Attorney Eric Stockman appeared on behalf of the Student and Attorney Michelle Laubin appeared on behalf of the Board of: Education. Evidentiary hearings were scheduled for April 2, 2015 and April 6, 2015, On March 23, 2015, the Student reported that the dispute had been resolved, and requested that the case be dismissed.

It is ordered that the Student’s request for dismissal is granted and this matter is dismissed.
