PROCEDURAL HISTORY AND SUMMARY: °
On January 26, 2015, the Manchester Board of Education received Parents’ Request for a Special Education Due Process Hearing. The undersigned Hearing Officer was appointed on January 29, 2015. The deadline for the mailing of the Final Decision and Order was April 10, 2015. On February 9, 2015, a prehearing conference with Parent and Attorney for the Board was held, during which an interpreter was requested by Parent and the prehearing conference was ended so that arrangements could be made to have an interpreter participate in a second prehearing conference. On February 23, 2015, prior to the rescheduling of the prehearing conference, the j undersigned Hearing Officer received a letter for Attorney for the Parent in which she indicated that the Parents were withdrawing their hearing request without prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
In light of the above facts, the case is dismissed.
