PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on December 16, 2013. The Hearing Officer was appointed on December 17, 2014 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on December 24, 2013. The hearing was scheduled for February 24, 2014. On February 12, 2014, the Parent’s attorney reported to the Hearing Officer that the parties had reached an agreement and that the Parent was withdrawing the Due Process Complaint without prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
