ISSUES:

At the pre-hearing conference the Parties indicated that they had just reached agreement in principle and were in the process of memorializing that agreement. On March 17, 2014, Counsel for the Parents notified the Hearing Officer via email that the matter had settled and the Parents were withdrawing their complaint.

PROCEDURAL HISTORY:

The complaint was filed by the Parents on January 27, 2014. A prehearing conference was held on February 18, 2014, in which the Parties indicated that they had reached agreement on the issues and were formalizing the agreement in writing. A Due Process Hearing was set for March 26, 2014. On March 17, 2014, Counsel for the Parents indicated via email that the Parties had settled the matter and were withdrawing their complaint.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The Parents, by way of counsel, withdrew the compiaint on March 17, 2014. With no further issues to be decided, this matter is DISMISSED.
