The Board brought the Due Process Complaint and Hearing Request on August 20, 2013. The Parents received the Hearing Request on August 26, 2013. The Mailing Date of the Final Decision is October 10, 2013. The Hearing Officer conducted a Prehearing Conference on September 16, 2013. At the Prehearing Conference, the parties advised the Hearing Officer that they had settled the dispute.
