SUMMARY:

A special education hearing was requested by the Board and received by the Student’s Attorney on April 3, 2013. Attorney Laviano appeared on behalf of the Student and Attorney Meuser on behalf of the Board during a telephonic pre-hearing conference on April 9, 2013. On May 3, 2013, the Board, pursuant to a settlement agreement reached by the parties, withdrew its due process hearing request.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED.
