PROCEDURAL HISTORY:

The Student submitted a Request for Impartial Special Education Hearing, which was received by the Board of Education on March 21, 2013. The Hearing Officer was assigned to the case on March 25, 2013. A telephonic prehearing conference was conducted on April 2, 2013. Counsel r for each party participated in the prehearing conference. Hearing dates of May 3, 2013, May 29, :

2013, May 30, 2013, June 12, 2013 and June 14, 2013 were scheduled.

On April 25, 2013, Counsel for the Student notified the Hearing Officer that the Student requested to withdraw her Request for Due Process Hearing without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that this case shall be dismissed without prejudice,
