1. Has the Board offered a free, appropriate public education (FAPE) to the Student for the balance of the 2011-2012 school year?

2. If not, is the educational placement proposed by the Parent appropriate?

SUMMARY:

A special education hearing in the above-captioned matter was requested by the Student’s attorney and received by the Board on February 29, 2012. On March 5, 2012, a pre-hearing conference was held and hearing dates were scheduled. On April 2, 2012, the Parent withdrew the Request for Due Process with prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
