ISSUE:

Whether the Student shall remain in his current placement at Bearpath School until the conclusion of the 2011-12 school year.

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/DISCUSSION:

The request for hearing was received by the Board on February 1, 2012 and a prehearing conference convened on February 9, 2012. At the prehearing conference, the parties reported that a resolution session convened on February 7, 2012.

On March 8, 2012, prior to the first hearing date of March 12, 2012, the Board forwarded a notice to the hearing officer from the Parent that she was withdrawing her due process request, with prejudice. Therefore, this matter is dismissed.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED.
