ISSUE:

Whether the Board failed to offer FAPE by not providing a paraprofessional to the Student for 2010-2011 school year.

SUMMARY:

On August 19, 2010, the Board received the Request for Due Process. The Prehearing Conference was scheduled for September 7, 2010. On September 2, 2010, the Parent notified the Hearing Officer that the parties had reached a settlement agreement, withdrew the Request for Due Process, and requested that the matter be dismissed.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
