ISSUES:

Whether the Board should pay for the Student’s placement at a post-12th grade program

SUMMARY:

On June 3, 2010, the Board received the Request for Due Process filed by the Parent. Prehearing Conferences were held on June 29, 2010 and July 14, 2010 and hearing dates were scheduled. The Request was initially filed by the Parent. On July 1, 2010 the Student, being over the age of eighteen, filed his/her own Request which was consolidated with the Parent’s. On August 3, 2010, the Student and Parent withdrew the request for hearing without prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
