ISSUES:

1. Whether the Board’s program for the Student is appropriate.

2. If not, whether the Student shall be placed at Eagle Hill School as requested by the Parents at the PPT meeting on November 28, 2007.

SUMMARY:

The Parents submitted this request for hearing on May 30. A prehearing conference was convened on June 16, at which time the Board’s attorney was present, but the Parents’ attorney was not available. A second prehearing conference was scheduled for June 18. On June 17, the Parents’ attorney submitted notification that the case had settled.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED.
