Whether the Student shall be evaluated in the areas of achievement, cognitive/executive functioning, behavior, personality and social/emotional by evaluators chosen by the Board in the absence of parental consent.
SUMMARY:
The District sent this request for hearing to the Parents on March 7. On April 10, 2008, at the first hearing date, the District representative and the District’s attorney reported that the case had been settled.
