FINAL DECISION:
The prehearing conference in this matter was held on May 24, 2007. Both parties participated in the prehearing. The issues included failure to provide the triennial evaluation, failure to provide an appropriate program for the summers of 2006 and 2007, and the school years of 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 as well as numerous claims of procedural violations. The parties requested that hearing dates be selected far enough out so that the parties would have time to participate in mediation and this was done. Prior to the first day of hearing the parties resolved the matter
