SUMMARY:
The Board received this request for hearing on May 14. On or about June 15, 2007, the parties resolved this matter. The hearing officer was not notified of this resolution in a timely manner before the hearing convened on June 27. On June 26, the Board representative confirmed that the matter had been settled.

The matter is DISMISSED.
