The prehearing conference in this matter was held on June 24, 2005. Both parties participated and indicated they agreed to participate in mediation in an attempt to resolve this matter. A hearing date was selected to allow for this. The date for mailing of the final decision was extended by agreement and was set at September 5, 2005. At hearing the Board reported that the matter had been resolved and presented a letter signed by the Student’s counsel indicating that the matter was being withdrawn with prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The hearing is dismissed with prejudice.
