The prehearing conference in this matter was held on December 22, 2004. The Board was not available to participate. A hearing date was set and both parties expressed an interest in mediating but were not able to communicate to set a date. The date for mailing of the final decision was January 31, 2005. At the hearing on January 24, 2005 the parties requested and were granted time to try and resolve the matter. They reported back that they were able to reach agreement and that the matter could be dismissed.

The hearing is dismissed.
