PROCEDURAL HISTORY

This hearing was requested on December 9, 2004. This hearing officer was assigned to the case on December 10. A prehearing conference was held on December 16. The Parties requested a thirty-day extension of the decision deadline so that they could proceed with an advisory hearing on February 3. The request was granted and the decision deadline was extended to February 24, 2005. A hearing date was agreed on for February 16. On February 8 the Parties requested a postponement of the February 16 hearing date until March 8 or 10 so that they could continue discussions toward a resolution of the case. This request was granted, the hearing was cancelled, a new hearing date was scheduled for March 10 and the decision deadline was extended to March 24, 2005. On February 16 the Parents' attorney wrote to the Hearing Officer regarding a withdrawal of the request for due process.

It is ordered that this case shall be dismissed.
