The prehearing conference in this matter was held on July 14, 2004. Both parties participated and hearing dates were mutually agreed to for August 16, 18 and 19, 2004. The original date for mailing of the final decision was August 20, 2004 and given the selection of hearing dates the student’s counsel indicated he would request an extension of the 45 days. This he did on July 14, 2004 and it was granted. On August 9, 2004 the student withdrew his request for hearing.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
The hearing is dismissed.
