A special education hearing in the above-captioned matter was requested by Student’s Mother via Request for Impartial Special Education Hearing. [2] The 30-day resolution period ends July 7and the 45-day deadline to mail the final decision and order is August 21, 2021.

The following issues are identified:

1. Did the Board of Education fail to provide Student with a free appropriate education when they denied Student’s Mother’s request to provide transportation to Student’s after-school therapy program?

2. If the answer to Issue One above is in the affirmative, what shall be the remedy?

On June 16, prior to the scheduling of a prehearing conference, Student’s Mother withdrew her request for a due process hearing.

The above-captioned case is dismissed.
