ISSUES:

Should the Board be permitted to conduct testing of the Student in the following areas: Achievement; Cognitive; Developmental History; and BASC rating scales?

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Board brought its Hearing Request on June 2, 2021. The Hearing Officer was appointed June 8, 2021. A Prehearing Telephone Conference took place on June 18, 2021. A hearing on the matter was subsequently scheduled for July 12, 2021.

On June 18, 2021, immediately after the prehearing conference, the Board informed the Hearing Officer that it was withdrawing its request for a Due Process Hearing.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED.
