ISSUES:
1. Should the Board be ordered to place Student at ECDS through his IEP with related services including transportation?
2. Should the Board reimburse Parents for any and all costs associated with the placement at ECDS since the fall 2020 through the interim and their home programming, including ESY, evaluations and related services?
PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:
The Parents filed their Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on March 22, 2021. The Hearing Officer was appointed on March 22, 2021. A Prehearing Conference was noticed for and held on April 12, 2021. On June 4, 2021, via email, the Attorney for the Parents withdrew their request for a Due Process Hearing based on the resolution of this matter and requested that it be dismissed without prejudice.
FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:
In light of the above, the matter is DISMISSED.
