1. Did the individualized education program dated November 19. 2020 deny the Student FAPE?

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent filed a Hearing Request on November 23, 2020. The Hearing Officer was appointed November 25, 2020. A Prehearing Telephone Conference took place on December 4, 2020. A hearing on the matter was subsequently scheduled for February 1, 2021. The Parent filed an Amended Hearing Request on December 28, 2020.

On January 9, 2020, the Parent informed the Hearing Officer that he was withdrawing his request for a Due Process Hearing. On January 11, 2021, the Parent informed the Hearing officer that he was withdrawing his request for a Due Process Hearing with prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
