1. Did the Board offer an appropriate program for the 2018019, 2019-20, 20-21 school years including the 2018, 2019 and 2020 extended school years?

2. If not, is placement at Options School the appropriate program for the Student for the 2020-21 school year and should the Board be ordered to place the Student at Options School for the 2020-21 school year?

3. Do the circumstances warrant an award of compensatory education?

PROCEDURAL HISTORY/SUMMARY:

The Parent filed the Due Process Complaint and Request for Hearing on October 6, 2020. The Hearing Officer was appointed on October 8, 2020 and conducted a Prehearing Conference on October 28, 2020 . The hearing was scheduled for November 23, 2020. On November 2, 2020, the Parent withdrew the Due Process Complaint with prejudice.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
