Was the Student improperly removed from school?

PROCEDURAL HISTORY:

The Student initiated this special education due process case on September 29, 2020. This Impartial Hearing Officer was assigned to the case on October 1, 2020. On October 2, 2020, before a Prehearing Conference could be conducted, the Student requested withdrawal or dismissal of the case without prejudice.

The Board of Education did not object.

FINAL DECISION AND ORDER:

The Student’s request is granted and the matter is dismissed without prejudice.
